At Time Warner Cable we strive to give our New York City customers the worst customer service possible.  Although we have made it our priority to give horrible service, we know that we are not always as terrible as we would like.  Please give us ideas of what we could do worse by filling out the form below.

My internet was out and the Time Warner customer service agent on the phone told me that someone could come take a look at it in 3 weeks at the earliest.  That was a huge inconvenience because I do work from home.  Also I found out after that even though I filed the complaint with the customer service agent on the phone I was STILL being charged for internet even though they acknowledged that it was not working.  I mean, that is AWFUL service.   But it would have been worse if I found out they charged me double during that time… I guess.
